You are probably familiar with the saying, "Employees are the greatest asset of any company," and indeed it is true: Without motivated and healthy employees, a company cannot achieve peak performance.
Therefore, many companies invest in the health of their employees through various measures. This not only makes economic sense for you but also increases the motivation and health of existing employees. In the next step, you can also score points in the increasingly difficult recruitment of new employees. But how do you use this commitment directly to attract qualified specialists for your company?
Our answer: By clearly showing that your company not only has a positive work environment but also pays special attention to a back-friendly work environment. For example, by consistently using products certified with the AGR quality seal "Tested & Recommended" when equipping workstations. This certification is only awarded to manufacturers who have convinced the independent award committee of doctors and therapists of the positive effect of their products on back health.
The Campaign for Healthier Backs (AGR) e. V. has been awarding the AGR quality seal to particularly back-friendly products for over 25 years. From this initiative, the idea was born in 2020 to make companies' investments in particularly back-friendly workstations visible.
This resulted in the certification "Health-Promoting Action," abbreviated as HPA. So, you do something good for your employees and reward yourself.
Best regards,
Detlef Detjen

"Health-Promoting Action" by the Campaign for Healthier Backs (AGR) e. V.
Goal:
Promote employee health and make the company's ergonomics visible.
Companies that prioritize the health of their employees and focus on the AGR quality seal for "back-friendly equipment of workstations" can have their health-promoting actions confirmed by the AGR.
For example, are...
Tools, lifting systems, and even in building cleaning, there are opportunities to equip workstations with AGR-certified and thus back-friendly equipment. It is important that the actions taken make a significant contribution to the health promotion of your employees. The "Health-Promoting Action" certification is therefore aimed at companies that care about the health of their employees and consistently focus on back-friendly workstations.
Attracting good and qualified employees is becoming increasingly difficult. And once you have them, it is not easy to retain them in the long term.
Statistics and studies clearly show that for today's generation of employees, for example, the work environment and working conditions have replaced salary as decisive factors in choosing an employer. A significant part of the work environment is the equipment of the workplace. But how can companies stand out from the competition in the design of the workplace? For example, by using demonstrably back-friendly equipment. Make this visible by focusing on the AGR quality seal when designing workstations and thus differentiate yourself from the competition.
