Then make it clear to everyone with the AGR seal of approval

AGR seal of approval

Back pain is the number one health problem – and the market for ergonomic products is growing accordingly.
It is becoming increasingly difficult for manufacturers to credibly set themselves apart from the competition with products that are genuinely back-friendly.
The AGR seal of approval was created over 30 years ago precisely for this purpose:
It recognises products that have been proven to promote back health – tested by an independent, interdisciplinary panel of experts.
For you as a manufacturer, this means: verifiable quality that builds trust.

The AGR seal of approval is awarded exclusively to products that have been assessed as being particularly back-friendly. To carry out this assessment, the professional associations ‘Forum Gesunder Rücken – besser leben e. V.’ and the ‘Bundesverband deutscher Rückenschulen e. V.’ set up an independent assessment panel comprising various health experts.

During a joint meeting, we analyse the product, target group and health benefits. In doing so, we clarify which ergonomic characteristics are to be assessed and what evidence is already available.

Pre-examination

Our experts carry out a preliminary check to determine whether your product meets the basic requirements for the quality mark assessment. This involves evaluating the design, ergonomics and existing evidence. If there is a need for optimisation, you will receive specific recommendations.
