Vehicle as workplace

Millions of people spend most of their working day in the seat of one kind of vehicle or other. The range of jobs involved extends from truck drivers via forklift operators to postmen and sales representatives.

And yet sitting still for hours in a vehicle is fatal for the back, because most or any movement is hindered partly or completely for safety reasons.

It is therefore important particularly for these people to have an ergonomically designed workplace, i.e. the seat of their vehicle. This will soon pay off in terms of reduced backache and less sick leave.
