AGR awards the certification as "Health Promoting Action" for Continental Automotive GmbH.
The AGR-certified concept is increasingly being used as an overall concept in industrial companies.

At Karben plant, 100% of the manual workplaces in production, primarily in PS1, Hall K01EG, were set up in accordance with the AGR-certified standard.
In addition, ErgoScouts were trained in production. This involved raising employee awareness through theoretical and practical workshops on back health and the correct use of the available ergonomic products. The trained employees learned about the ergonomic benefits for healthy working. Approx. 50 employees were trained in several ergonomics workshops. Their managers were informed in advance about the measures and contents of the ergonomics training sessions.
The sum of the health-promoting measures led to the AGR certification as “health promoting action” of the Continental plant in Karben.
